We request as much advanced notice as possible in order to plan our schedules. You will be given a tentative pick up and delivery time after reservations are confirmed.

If you need to reschedule 72 hours prior to the day of transport, please notify us immediately to avoid being assessed a $75.00 service charge.

All cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the day of transport. If a cancellation is received before the 72 hour deadline, and payment has already been received, you will be given a full refund. Cancellations received after the 72 hour deadline will not be given a refund.
