- All pets must be at least 8 weeks of age to be transported.
- A "valid health certificate" issued by a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine within ten days of transport and a current rabies vaccination certificate for pets older than 16 weeks of age. Kennel cough vaccination is advised, but not required.
- A written authorization form signed by the owner for veterinary care in case of an emergency. Owner will be notified immediately and kept informed of pet's condition. All costs incurred for emergency care will be at owner's expense.
All of the above are required at time of pick-up. In addition, our drivers will have a medical release form to be completed and signed by the pet's owner in case of an emergency.
*For the safety of our drivers, we reserve the right to refuse transport to pets that are deemed vicious or appear sickly.
